Which Documents Are Required To Export?
Commercial invoices must be issued first when exporting in order to declare documents such as the type, name, quantity, unit sales price, delivery method and total amount of the goods to be sold. Commercial invoices to be sent by the seller must be issued by the persons who want to export with the necessary financial stamps and notary approvals. Invoices can be properly approved by the Chamber of Commerce based on requests from importing countries.
Proforma invoice
Invoices in which the unit prices, features and sales conditions of the goods to be contracted are notified by the exporter are called proforma invoices. The main purpose of these invoices is to fulfill the nature of the proposal.
Original Invoices
The original invoice is the document in which the sales contract is documented and the final decision is made that the contract is tangible by issuing an original invoice after the sales transactions are completely completed. While exporting and importing, the original invoice is constantly sought for customs clearance. When the original invoice is issued, the exporting party can send this invoice to the importer via the bank.
Consular Certificate
The consular document is a document that needs to be approved by the country's consulate, aiming to reveal the origin of the goods or goods to be shipped to foreign countries.

These invoices, which must be paid by the sellers in the sale of CF and CIF, are included in the sales invoice of the goods and the determination of the cost of the goods. Another common name of the invoice is the freight invoice. It is necessary for export to include the phrase "freight paid" on the invoice and document.
Insurance Certificate

When the goods to be transported are completed, the report cards are given to the rooms.
